Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the public-test version of the MovingShot Android game provided by 123EGGS and the MovingShot landing and privacy webpages.

2. Information handled by the game

The current test does not offer registration or sign-in, include advertising, analytics, or social-login SDKs, or request internet access. It does not collect or send names, email addresses, location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or other personal data during gameplay.

• No analytics or tracking SDK
• No online or ranked matches

3. Information stored on your device

Audio, control, display, and similar app settings or local game state may be stored on your device. They are not sent off the device and can be removed by clearing the app's data in Android settings or uninstalling the app.

4. Permissions and distribution

The current build does not request sensitive access such as camera, microphone, location, contacts, or external storage. Touch input and audio output are used only to run the game.

Google Play may independently process device, account, usage, installation, and diagnostic information to distribute and secure the app. Google's privacy policy and your Google settings govern that processing.

5. Website and support

When you visit a MovingShot webpage, the hosting provider may temporarily process standard server logs such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, and requested URL for security and reliable delivery.

If you contact support, your email address and message are used to respond, investigate errors, and handle disputes. Do not send passwords, payment details, government identifiers, or other sensitive information.

6. Providers, sale, and international processing

123EGGS does not sell MovingShot users' personal information. Hosting providers and Google Play may process information where needed to operate their services, including in other countries. We otherwise disclose personal information only where required by law, needed to protect rights and safety, or based on your explicit consent.

7. Retention and deletion

Local app information may remain until you clear app data or uninstall the app. Server logs are deleted or anonymized after the minimum period needed for security and troubleshooting. Support messages may be retained as needed to answer you and meet legal obligations.

8. Children, security, and your rights

MovingShot is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Use the contact option below for access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests.

We minimize information and use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Future features and changes

If accounts, online matches, rankings, payments, ads, or analytics are introduced, we will update this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration before those features go live, and provide required consent and account-deletion paths. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
