Privacy policy

This policy applies to the Aquadium mobile game and its support pages provided by 123EGGS. The current game has no account registration or login.

We handle the following information for gameplay and security.

Gameplay data is stored on the device by default. Save files use encryption and integrity checks.

The game may send an encrypted checkpoint plus installation and revision information to 123eggs.com for recovery and security checks. The server is not designed to read the gameplay payload in plain text.

The game does not directly collect contacts, phone numbers, SMS, photos, videos, camera, microphone, or location data.

Local saves remain until you clear the app data or uninstall the game. Some security information may follow the operating system’s backup or keychain rules.

Server installation identifiers, security hashes, encrypted checkpoints, and purchase-verification records are kept only as long as needed for their purposes, then deleted or de-identified. Records required by law or needed for payment disputes are kept for the required period.

Ad and app-store retention follows each provider’s policy.

123EGGS does not sell personal information. The following providers may process information needed to operate the game.

Depending on service locations, information may be processed outside Korea by hosting providers, Google, or Apple. They use secure transmission and their own privacy policies. The actual transfer countries and processors will be updated before release.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your information. We may ask for a progress detail, part of the installation ID, or a purchase receipt to verify the request.

You can reset local game data from device settings or by uninstalling. Contact us to request deletion of server data.

Advertising consent and privacy choices can be changed in the game’s ad settings or Google’s privacy controls. Withdrawing consent may limit personalized or rewarded ads.

The game uses encrypted saves, HMAC integrity checks, Android Keystore or iOS Keychain protection, HTTPS, token-hash storage, duplicate-purchase protection, and access controls.

No internet or device environment can eliminate every risk. We take the steps required by applicable law when an incident is confirmed.

The target age and children’s policy follow the release settings for each app store. If we learn that a child’s information was collected without required consent, we will review and delete it and take appropriate action.

We may update this policy when features, laws, servers, or third-party SDKs change. Important changes will be announced with a new effective date on the game or official page.
